Ayo, what's good wit it! It's ya boy, Mistah Wilson! And look, since I've been to Seattle I must say that the scene there is packed with elcelctic flavors! When I first got to Seattle, I made it my business to meet the local, native artists. You know, the ones who grew up there. The artists who are a product of their local music scene.
This led me to meet Legendary Seattle rapper Suntonio Bandanaz. I was introduced by Mr. McStrange who currently goes by Riggy Marz today. By meeting Suntonio Bandanaz, we were able to make connections with local, native artists from Seattle. And it didn't take long for us to come across...Tha Hajj.
A member of Alpha Platoon, Tha Hajj is a talented rapper whose been releasing singles throughout the years. His latest single "All Bark No Bite" is produced by the likes of Ready Ron Beats, a producer/emcee who's worked with tons of local talent. You can peep the music video to the song here. It was shot and edited by KGRmajesty. His multi-syllabic rhyme patterns in this song put his versatility on display for all to see.
When it comes to music, Hip Hop in particular, I like to think I know what's good. And I can honestly say that I've never heard rapper Tha Hajj come wack on anything! His freestyles are near impeccable. He can hang with tha best of em. At the same time, his songwriting capabilities serve to be an even match.
Tha Hajj has performed at events with FaceKrew, a Seattle Hip Hop trio consisting of Suntonio Bandanaz, B. Rocket Tha Prophet, and Tha Hajj. From weed dispensaries to park festival performances to your local bars and pubs, Tha Hajj has proven that he's an elite emcee from Seattle. I mean, as far as his freestyles go, I don't think I've ever heard him even mess up one time.
In my opinion, what makes Tha Hajj superior to other rappers is that he doesn't come off as the type that demands attention. It's his undeniable talent on the mic that commands the respect from the greater artist community.
As we patiently wait for Tha Hajj to drop his album "American Jihad", we can look forward to the release of his next single "Radical" dropping on June 5th, 2020. Produced by no other than the incredible Ready Ron Beats, Tha Hajj was gracious enough to give ThaWilsonBlock a sneek-peek at the video. And all we can say, is ya'll better watch tf out!
